Thats what I am using.
Also, in case I wasn't clear, it isn't a focus issue. I can't go back
to the previous window because it doesn't exist anymore. It has been
replaced by the popup window.
This means for example, if I got to a page that opens a pop-up
advertisement (yuck!) I don't get to see the page I wanted to (yuck!)
and loose the history of pages visited (double yuck!).
I think (I haven't confirmed this yet) if I click "close window" on
the popup window, then conkeror stops accepting keyboard commands.
