Yes, this seems to be the current weak point. I can't open up a file
(e.g PDF file) that requires an external viewer. Also I noticed today
when saving a link it uses the URL as a basis for the filename, not
the filename sent from the server when the URL is retrieved (I haven't
confirmed this yet).
