Hi Joe,

  At present Conkeror has zero support for Gecko's caret mode, apart
from providing pass-through-mode so you can turn it on and off.  More
powerful support for caret-mode is something many of us want to
see--it's just a question of someone finding the time to implement it.
I found a trick that should make caret-mode less frustrating on some
pages in the meantime, and I added a paragraph to the tutorial about it.
Turn on caret mode, and do `n ;' followed by a number to focus a link.
For many instances, this can get the caret in the vicinity of where you
want it, so you can use the arrow keys from there.
