Thanks for the man page.  It's helpful!  

Developers, any chance that in addition to -height and -width
you might support the X convention -geometry wxh±x0±y0 ?  Here
the + sign indicates distance from bottom or left edge of screen and
the - sign distance from the top or right edge.  This avoids a tedious
move of the window when conkeror starts up.
