[Conkeror] connecting xulrunner to conkeror

Unfortunately, you need a version of xulrunner 1.9 (preferably a nightly
from 2007-12-21) in order to run Conkeror.  I don't know what to do
about running xulrunner 1.9 on Debian etch.
