[Conkeror] connecting xulrunner to conkeror

Debian Lenny currently has gtk 2.12, so it is good.  Unfortunately
several of conkeror's keystone features are based on things xulrunner
1.8 cannot do, so for the time being, conkeror must be viewed as
experimental software.  The world will catch up eventually.  :)
