Snd is an extensible sound editor, with many emacs-isms, such as keybindings, extensible with a Lisp dialect(Guile or gauche) and minimal dependence on the keyboard. The current version in Debian 2.5 years old, and the online manual (the only useful guide, it lacks Emacs' help system) is not very useful
