[Conkeror] Rikaichan and conkeror, other firefox plugins

Well, there is a distinction between plugins, like the adobe acrobat
reader plugin, and the flash plugin, and Firefox extensions like
rikaichan.  Firefox extensions that depend on integrating with the UI of
Firefox do not tend to work with Conkeror, because they know
specifically how to stick themselves in the Firefox UI, which doesn't
exist in Conkeror.  It is often possible, though, to look at the source
code of the extension and write some "glue" code to make it work with
Conkeror.
