[Conkeror] changing URL completion choices

Potentially this could be implemented if there were some notification
system for indicating that the completions list is out of date and needs
to be refreshed.

For this particular application, I think a browser object class may be
appropriate.

I wonder if many of these situations can likewise be solved using a
browser object class.
