Well, you could set up a mirror, I suppose.  However, I haven't had any
problems with repo.or.cz so far.  It seems just like a routing problem
that Chengqi Song is experiencing, though.

Chengqi Song: Do you also find that the websites hosted on repo.or.cz
are slow as well, such as http://repo.or.cz/about.html ?
