[Conkeror] C-n problem

I met a problem when browsing this site: www.tianya.cn.
It's a page with more than one frames(actually I am not sure whether I
can call the stuff I referred to a frame.)
the key-binding C-n(together with C-p) won't work. It puzzled me lot.
