[Conkeror] How can I change the theme of Conkeror?

If anybody wants to write a dark theme for conkeror's chrome, it would
be most welcome.  I would be happy to answer any questions about how the
theme system currently works.

Theming of content (web pages) is not yet supported, but I'm working on
it.
