[Conkeror] Caps lock as control

Hey, I just updated to the latest version of Conkeror. It looks great,
but I noticed a pretty annoying bug: I have caps-lock mapped to control,
but when I press caps-lock+N (or any key) it receives the key stroke
control+shift+N, which isn't bound.

I've noticed recently that Emacs does this too, but Emacs is able to
translate C-S-n into C-n while Conkeror just complains that C-N is
undefined.

Any ideas?
