[Conkeror] Caps lock as control

I believe you have incorrectly set up your keyboard configuration.  It
seems that Caps_Lock functions as a Control key but also functions as a
Caps_Lock key.  Perhaps it is present in both the control and lock
modifier groups (assuming you have X).
