[Discuss] seeking/interest -- "procmail" like features as a Thunderbird extension

Colleagues,
     I am interested in a Thunderbird extension that provides unix
PROCMAIL or similar/better
features -- especially for WinXX clients.

Here is a short wish list:

1.  Smarter features to identify inbox content
2.  Once we identify matching messages, smarter features for what
happens next
3.  Ability to re-write and re-format matching messages
4.  Smarter re-write and re-format features aimed at mobile devices.
5.  Smarter features that combine above and re-send to mobile devices
