[Discuss] Who do I report SeaMonkey issues/problems to?

Hello,

I started using Netscape back in the mid-nineties when my employer made 
it available, then went to Mozilla when Netscape was bought by AOL and 
was turned into an advertisement site, and started using SeaMonkey last 
week when I couldn't get Mozilla to work after performing a new Windows 
XP Pro installation. I have encountered some problems with SeaMonkey 
that were also present in Mozilla, but I don't know how to report them 
or who to report them to. Please advise.
