[Discuss] Looking for people to help make a project!

Okay, so I thought of a project idea, maybe there could be a "FVM" which 
stands for Firefox Virtual Money, and would be good for parents and 
stuff, the root user (an admin who installed it) can distrubute money 
amongst people, these people use the money to get to game sites, 
myspace, xanga, blogger, whatever.  They just say what website costs a 
certain amount of money, any other ones they set up, anyways, not only 
this, they can give Gold Coins, so that a person can install themes or 
extensions!  1 Gold Coin does one extension, also, we could have a list 
with preset things that a lot of people use that we can load such as:

My Space
Neopets!
Xanga
Blogger
Yahoo! Mail
MSN Hotmail
ECT.
ECT.
ECT.


And we could make some other ones, also, you can choose how long 
computer users can be online, and other things, I have no idea how to 
make extensions but would like to learn, does anyone want to teach me 
through this project?
