[Enigmail] Can't download encrypted message when just headers fetched

If "Server settings" -> "Fetch headers only" option enabled,
there isn't possible to download the rest of the message,
because "*Click here
<mailbox://romanr%40inbox.ru@pop3.mail.ru/Inbox?number=15797430&messageid=46B34A19.7000007%40kaspersky.com&uidl=118615489028232>
to download the rest of the message.*" do not appears.
This happens when message is encrypted. If message just signed - all
works fine.
Is it possible to fix this ?
