[Enigmail] Can't download encrypted message when just headers fetched

thanks for your report, I confirm the behavior for TB 2.0.0.6 EM 0.95.3 on XP.
I never used POP3/headers_only before. Unfortunately at least I do not yet know
a workaround. I opened a bug: https://www.mozdev.org/bugs/show_bug.cgi?id=17587
