None of us are paid for this work. Some days the admins are very quick
and get it done within hours. Other days people's lives are busy and it
takes a while. And at other times, it's two weeks before Christmas and
we should all practice a little extra patience and understanding with
our fellow human beings.

I regret that you don't care. We care quite a lot. We have active
mailing lists, we have people to help out in forums, we have people
crafting user documentation and doing UI research, we have programmers
who draft new code, we have packagers who make XPIs for a whole slew of
different operating systems. If we didn't care, this wouldn't get done.

That said, I don't use RSS feeds (if I did, I think I'd get even less
work done than I already do!), so I can't comment intelligently on this
problem. I'll do some experimenting around and see if I can't (a)
recreate the problem and (b) find a fix, however.
