[Enigmail] Enigmail v0.95.2 bad signature?

No, this indicates that gpg didn't find the signed data. You have to
download the file enigmail-0.95.2-win+lin+mac.xpi to the same directory
you did download the detached signature (that is the file with the .asc
extension) and then recheck the signature with

gpg --verify "enigmail-0.95.2-win+lin+mac.xpi.asc"
