[Enigmail] Encryption and signing doesn't work 0.95.2

Hi all,
I posted this also on
https://addons.mozilla.org/en-US/thunderbird/discussions/comments.php?DiscussionID=2879

But here I give more details:
Windows XP SP2, Thunderbird 2.0.0.4, Enigmail 0.95.2 and GnuPG 1.4.7 .

This is the first time I use Enigmail and GnuPG.
I test it with a friend: at my receive I can decrypt and verify the
signature; what I send is not encrypted and not signed.

As I write this, the pen and key, in bottom right, are both green,
meaning this e-mail will be encrypted and signed (but I do not have the
public key of the receipt).

My settings are:
- only one identity;
- in Account Settings > OpenPGP Security: I have check on for 'Enable
OpenPGP support (Enigmail) for this identity', 'Use specific OpenPGP key
(...);" , 'Sign non-encrypted messages by default', 'Sign encrypted
messages by default', 'Encrypt messages by default', 'Send OpenPGP key ID'.
and check off for: 'Always use PGP/MIME', and 'Send URL for key retrieval:'.

In OpenPGP Preferences I had several settings in order to be able to
send encrypted e-mails. I tried to send e-mail and have 'By rules and
email addresses' Key Selection: nothing. I tried with Manually key
selection. In all cases e-mail were sent not encrypted (nor signed).
In OpenPGP Preferences > Sending I have check on for all but 'Don't warn
about empty subject line' . But no confirmation box appear at all.
(Always confirm before sending in on)

I set in Thunderbird to wrap lines to 64 character (trick from PGP), I
always send in plain text. Is like Enigmail is not present.
At receiving everything is OK: I can read encrypted emails and verify
the signature .

I think my settings are OK.
I can give logs.
I used OpenPGP Preferences > Debugging > Test and it say everything is OK.
But did find in enigdbug.txt that
gpg: <cfgoian at itcnetworks.ro>: skipped: public key not found
[GNUPG:] INV_RECP 0 <cfgoian at itcnetworks.ro>
gpg: [stdin]: sign+encrypt failed: public key not found

I can do some test if someone point me ...

Please advice,
Thx,
CFG
