According to this log snippet, your message was ONLY encrypted to ONE key,
assumingly the key of the receipient. So neither your gpg.conf nor Enigmail
seems to contain an "encrypt to self", you might either add it to your
~/.gnupg/gpg.conf or via the Enigmail prefs as Maurits said in his post.

That has nothing to do with your decryption Problem, but in Enigmail prefs
Debugging you have set "/home/user" as debug path, but that directory does
not exist and should read "/home/<youruserid>" (where <youruserid> is to
be replaced with the name you log onto your system with.

gpg.conf or with Enigmail prefs.
