[Enigmail] Import key info dialog does not support UTF-8

Hello!

I just noticed that the key info dialog that appears after some key is
imported or updated from a keyserver seems to not support UTF-8 (at
least it shows something like "Ã¼" instead of "ü"). After the key is
imported the characters in the key list are OK. I have used keyserver
"subkeys.pgp.net" if that matters.
