[Enigmail] keyserver list lost with latest Nightly on TB 3.0

Be aware that with the "normal" GnuPG v1.4.7 on Vista you won't be able
to download any key from any keyserver. The reason is that GnuPG v1.4.7
is not compatible with Vista. You should either use a patched version as
provided by Werner Koch (but that seems to have gone), or wait for GnuPG
v1.4.8 to be released soon.
