[Enigmail] Wrong passphrase in thunderbird when sending

When you encrypt a message to someone you encrypt it with the
recipient's key.

Conversely, when you reply to an encrypted message sent to you and want
to sign it you sign it with your key and your passphrase.

You can send an encrypted signed message that will be encrypted with the
recipients public key and signed with your key.  Thus when you are
prompted with for a passphrase you need to use your own passphrase for
signing the email.
