Factual?  As in geyser or diamond geezer or Fridge me old china?
Reckon I been a geezer all me life, including those years when we beat
up a load of Mods in Brighton 'cos they invaded our turf....but being a
Brit (and a true Cockney one at that) perhaps we understand a geezer to
be a bit different to other countries?
