Welcome!
It seems that you have successfully installed gpg software (I can't tell
which version), the Enigmail extension (X-Enigmail-Version: 0.95.6),
with Thunderbird 2.0.0.9 (Windows/20071031).
Your message is signed, but the signature does not verify.
It means that your signature is considered "bad" by gpg:
"gpg: BAD signature from "Steve A.Tolson <steve.tolson at sbcglobal.net>".
I have verified your signature with Thunderbird+Enigmail, and with
Apple's Mail with the GPGMail mailbundle. Both verifications failed.
I can't tell why your signature is bad.
Your e-mail is a multipart message that arrived with several graphics
added (apparently) by Enigmail's list server. This is the first time I
see a message, in this list, with all those added graphics,
instructions, special fonts, etc. Maybe this is the reason why the
signature is bad, I'm not sure.
You will surely receive more learned reactions from other list members.
I would suggest that you compose your messages in plain text.
Charly
