[Enigmail] enigmail with portable gpg

There is no regular install of gpg. The only version is on my usb stick.
Just thought of something to try though I'll need help with it.
If gpg.exe will look for gpg.conf in the same directory, can i set the 
home of keyrings and the like in this file? this would avoid the whole 
mucking about with environment variables and paths and the like.
Though gpg should find everything it needs in the same directory, i put 
everything in one directory, executables, conf file, keyrings, everything.
In case it doesn't (it doesn't) I'll have to hope it looks at a gpg.conf 
file in the same dir and that i can set the place to look for keys and 
the like in the config file.
