I just found gpgshell and downloaded it to my stick and tried to install
it there.
The computer yelled at me stating that I had to be logged in as an
administrator even to install the program (to my usb stick) I suppose
because the installer doesn't know I want to install it there.
I'm not allowed to make any changes to the machine here at the library,
they've disabled registry editing, even some programs that launch will
bring up the registry editing disabled dialog. An example of such a
program is thunderbird itself.
