Please allow Me to 'jump in' here; the NSF is a Bureaucratic Agency
created by the U.S. Government to 'redistribute' wealth to 'worthy
causes' as defined by the U.S. Congress. Election Fairness is well
worth exploration, particularly since the Presidential Election of 2000.
Robert will dispute My feelings that all taxpayer dollars are 'wasted'
but what makes "America" GREAT, IMHO, is that We are all born with the
right to disagree.
