Outlook 2007 will handle this but not everyone has 'Upgraded' to Outlook
2007.

My point is that routinely Signing _every_ Email to non-Encryption Users
accomplishes very little, if anything at all.  Of course, the Comment
fields /may/ provide some useful information in the Signature block.  :-\
