  After reading some manuals, I was still unaware about that rule, and I
am afraid I have uploaded some signed public keys to keyservers. While I
don't do it anymore, maybe we should propose this rule to be added to
the manuals of handbooks available at most well known GPG related
sites... like the GNUpg site...
