Nothing.  Your system is working fine.

pool.sks-keyservers.net is an alias; you hit that site, you get silently
redirected to one of the SKS keyservers in the pool.  This means when
you upload a key to sks-keyservers.net, you might upload it to server A;
but when someone tried to get your key from sks-keyservers.net, you
might try to pull it off server Z.

It takes time for keys to propagate from A to Z.
