I Agree, and it should not be a lot more complex to implement than the
standard signature, after all, it only changes the command from sign to
tsign, and adds 1 parameter more.
While Enigmail is, AFAIK, intended as a tool lo allow Thunderbird the
usage of GPG, it already carries a key manager, which is very friendly
to use.
