Same issue with thunderbird 3.0b3 and enigmail from CVS (0.97a).

thunderbird-enigmail-0.97a-0.1.cvs20090721.fc11
is on the builder and should be available really soon in RPMFusion
(with thunderbird 3.0b3) for i386, x86_64, ppc and ppc64, as usually.
