It's trivial to add email addresses to a key.  It's a standard key
management function.
With Enigmail, OpenPGP -> Key Management -> select key -> right-click ->
Manage User IDs -> Add.
- From the command line with GnuPG, gpg --edit-keys <keyid> -> adduid.

There's nothing to stop you from adding an invalid email address to a
key if you really want to, but I fail to see what benefit there would be
to doing so, since if the address is invalid you can't send mail from it
and the additional uid will never get used.  It would be a little like
adding an extra door onto your house that opens onto a blank wall.
