Trustlevel full is enough for green. You only set your very own key to
ultimately. It's not relevant if the computed or user set trustlevel is
full, if any of them (or both) the bar turns green.

Be sure to set the user trust level to full only for users you really
trust. There was a discussion about this on this mailing list just a few
days ago.
