There is nothing wrong with PRGooglebar 2.0 The images are the perfect height (19px) and render perfectly.  It's awesome!
I deleted everything in the googlebar C:\Program Files\Mozilla Firefox\Chrome\Googlebar\Content\skin\default.css , and I mean "everything". Totally emptied it out.
Reloaded firefox and as it was loading, it was a normal sized toolbar, but when the "googlebar options" button with the drop down arrow loaded, the bar went back to the increased height.
Nick said he believes it is a padding problem.
