Just in case anyone is wondering what versions I am trying to install...these are my last two attempts:

-->Unfortunately none of this helped.  Also, I haven't figured a way to uninstall any previous installs (*if* in fact they actually did anything), as I don't see the toolbar, so I can't go to preferences to click 'uninstall', and it's not in add/remove...
