You have a googlebar.jar file... which means you installed 0.9.0.16 at the very minimum. 

And also have a log file stating files were installed to your (global) Firefox application chrome folder...

"In the install.log file I found in C:\Program Files\Mozilla Firefox\ it reports the creation of the following folders:
[1/101] Installing: C:\Program Files\Mozilla Firefox\defaults\pref\googlebar.js
[2/101] Create Folder: C:\Program Files\Mozilla Firefox\chrome\googlebar"

If you Uninstall the Firefox you have... with add/remove programs... 
AND delete all the files when it asks....

Then reinstall Firefox... it should pickup the Googlebar installed for Firefox you have already in your profile.

That should work. If not, file a bug and we can take it further.
