You also have 2 incompatible versions of googlebar installed... 0.9.0.16 and 0.9.0.28 as well as version 0.7.0 Not good. Since removing all traces of previous versions has to be done when they are still installed... it is too late for that. (This is a limit of Firefox not googlebar, and makes perfect sense.)

You will need a new profile too. That is easy to get.
Change your Firefox shortcut... to:
"C:\Program Files\Mozilla Firefox\Firefox.exe" -P
by right clicking the shortcut, and select properties.

Then start firefox and make a new profile. Then you should remove the -P from the shortcut.
