thanks for the extension!

i have a request for the same problem [76] and [163] are experiencing:

with highlighting turned on, entering a new term when viewing a long page can take a lot of time, as the extension highlights each letter.

however, other than the two mentioned posters, i would suggest that the extension should wait for a period of time (1 sec, f.ex?), until the word is fully entered, and then highlight it.

is this feasible?
