[Googlebar] Googlebar: feedback from Tim

I tried building from CVS and installing. All I did was run:

CreateXPI.sh tim-test

Then opened the .xpi file in Firefox 0.9.1 (Linux).

I got the old install process (dialogs about where it's installing, etc.), and then a functioning Googlebar, but no way to deinstall it. It took me a lot of editing of .rdf files to expunge it from my system.

Did I do something wrong? Can you build a recent Firefox installer from the CVS?
