The version at u.m.o is version 0.9.0.16, a version we did not intend to last so long! We have had those problems fixed for quite a while now. But it does require removing the old version first. This has to do with keeping up with the changes in firefox. (I have three branches of code for Firefox!)

UMO has not made it easy for us to make the required changes, or given us a place to guide the end users on what to do about updates. Like a forum such as this. AndyB did make an appearance there, and tell people to come here for fixes/help.

The real problem stems from the decision to make firefox versions 0.9.1 and above, think it is version 0.9.0. So any fix that can work on 0.9.1 and above gets rejected if it says it requires 0.9.1. I couldn't believe my eyes! Firefox 0.9.1 said it was not new enough, when we stated minVersion 0.9.1 in the install.rdf file, which the EM uses to make decisions with.

I will make it known that the version we have is much newer than 0.9.0.16.
