I'm not sure what you mean by the "google.yourcountry" option, unless that is the google site option.  In which case, as far as I can tell, you don't get the "Search My Country" ability unless you have already chosen the "google.yourcountry" option.

That all sounds a bit contorted - I hope you understand it!
