[Googlebar] Googlebar: feedback from Kate

I need help!  I'm attempting to run Googlebar with Netscape 7.2 (XP).  Under previous versions of Netscape I haven't had any problems with Googlebar.  In fact, I think it's a fabulous product!

I am consistently getting the message:

! Shouldn't have gotten here, but kindly leave us a note on googlebar.

As a result, the bar is useless!  :.(

I can't seem to find the correct path to uninstall my googlebar(as outlined in your help page)and haven't been sucessful at installing over the existing software .

Please point me in the right direction. Thanks for a great product.  I can't get along without it!
