[Greasemonkey] Example user script GUI

Seen something similar for the expandArea script that lets you resize
text areas.
My biggest concern is that these little reserved areas are going to
add up and collide.
I think that it makes more sense to think about how to really
integrate into the website, when possible (agreed that it's not

Taking some examples, Mark Pilgrim has two scripts, Google Butler and
Access Bar (lists all shortcut keys for the page), that use a
horizontal div at the top or bottom of the page.
In the case of Google Butler, it seems there are many alternative ways
to avoid such a invasive UI: a simple link in the Google UI,
additional UI in the Google preferences,...
In the case of the Access Bar, it's a bit harder, but maybe the status
bar could have been used to list the access keys. Maybe having a
general access key to reveal the list of access keys. Or a transparent

the GM menu commands to trigger some popup UI.
