[Greasemonkey] Accessability Patches

2 small patches that fix accessability quirks when installing packages ...
1. http://lukewarmtapioca.com/gm/install_xul_accessability.patch This
adds an accessability key to the OK button on the install screen. Not
sure why default="true" isn't being respected ... will look into this
a bit more.
2. http://lukewarmtapioca.com/gm/remove_success_dialog.patch Not sure
if this should go in or not. It's nice for developers though. Simply
removes the success dialog after installing a script. At the least ...
in the future when there's on options pane it should be flaggable in
there. Is there interest in this? I could hack something up.
