[Greasemonkey] How to specify script injection time

Inserting it at the beginning of the page was just for demonstration
purposes... mostly because it was easy ;)  Finding the right place to
inject the script tag in a stream of unparsed HTML may be tricky since
you want it to be executed first, but don't want to mess up a page that
is valid HTML or XHTML.

The perl script was just created to experiment with script injection
without actually having to implement it in mozilla.  But it sounds like
we will have a version of GM shortly from Aaron that does the same thing :)
